At Northland Heights, we’ve put together a team of passionate healthcare professionals with years of experience. We are dedicated to the humanity, dignity and well-being of residents entrusted to our care, and our team acts more as a family than just coworkers.
Administrator
Denise Siuda
Denise Siuda, the Administrator at Northland Heights has been working in healthcare for the past 21 years. She started her career at Canterbury Woods as a chef, before working her way up to Productions Manager and then Operations Manager. In 2013, Denise began working as the Culinary Director at Orchard Heights. Over the past nine years, she has assisted in every department, and you will often hear her saying teamwork makes the dream work! She loves throwing big parties for the residents and their families, and enjoys seeing all of the hard work come together.
Denise is Buffalo native and enjoys going to the theater with her mother and daughter. She also loves camping with her extended family. She is an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Now she looks forward to exploring Pittsburgh and discovering all that the city has to offer.
Activities Director
Kylee Brucker
Kylee Brucker graduated from Slippery Rock University in August 2023 with her bachelors in Recreational Therapy. Kylee has studied the way recreational therapy improves the quality of life for individuals by implementing leisure-based activities. She has past experience working with children, but her passion is working with the older adult population. Her goal is to work with the residents and improve their cognitive, intellectual, and physical health! Her spare time includes spending time with her family, she has two older siblings. She loves her two dogs, and indulging in her favorite past time, retail therapy! Kylee also loves to paint and draw. This is her first position as an Activities Manager and she is excited to be a part of the Northland family!
Culinary Director
Tim Edwards
Tim Edwards joins Northland Heights as the Culinary Director. He has been selective about choosing opportunities after graduating from Culinary School. Tim has worked in various dietary arenas to acquire experience. However, working in Senior Living facilities is his passion. He always understands that the residents are someone’s loved ones, and they deserve our best every day.
Tim was also a football coach for 12 years, and he uses that experience to continually develop and improve his culinary teams through motivation & collaboration.
Tim lives in North Hills with his wife. They enjoy weekend getaways to West Virginia and Ohio and visit their favorite local eateries. Tim has four children. His youngest lives in South Hills, and his three older children live in Maryland. They have two dogs – Pepper & Nick.
Maintenance Director
Antonio Weir
Antonio Weir, Maintenance Director at Northland Heights, started in January 2023 and is excited to be a part of the Hamister Group community. Antonio has been working in maintenance for over 10 years.
He was born and raised in Pittsburg, and it’s where he is raising his own family. He has 5 children, and when he is not at work, he spends time with them. His favorite activity is spending time outdoors.
He cannot wait to see what changes he can help bring to Northland Heights.
