At Northland Heights, we’ve put together a team of passionate healthcare professionals with years of experience. We are dedicated to the humanity, dignity and well-being of residents entrusted to our care, and our team acts more as a family than just coworkers.

Executive Director

Denise Siuda

Denise Siuda, the Administrator at Northland Heights has been working in healthcare for the past 21 years. She started her career at Canterbury Woods as a chef, before working her way up to Productions Manager and then Operations Manager. In 2013, Denise began working as the Culinary Director at Orchard Heights. Over the past nine years, she has assisted in every department, and you will often hear her saying teamwork makes the dream work! She loves throwing big parties for the residents and their families, and enjoys seeing all of the hard work come together.

Denise is Buffalo native and enjoys going to the theater with her mother and daughter. She also loves camping with her extended family. She is an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Now she looks forward to exploring Pittsburgh and discovering all that the city has to offer.

Director of Nursing

Abby Fisher

As a Pittsburgh native, Abby earned her nursing degree from UPMC St. Margaret School of Nursing in 2020. Following the completion of the NCLEX, she became a chemotherapy-certified surgical oncology nurse for UPMC, specializing in geriatric and cardiothoracic oncology patient care. Her nursing career expanded as she embraced opportunities as a traveling RN, gaining experience in telemetry, bone marrow transplant, step-down, and neurological post-surgery units. Transitioning into management, she was drawn to the Director of Nursing position at Northland for its supportive environment and commitment to resident care.

Activities Director

Kylee Brucker

Kylee Brucker graduated from Slippery Rock University in August 2023 with her bachelors in Recreational Therapy. Kylee has studied the way recreational therapy improves the quality of life for individuals by implementing leisure-based activities. She has past experience working with children, but her passion is working with the older adult population. Her goal is to work with the residents and improve their cognitive, intellectual, and physical health! Her spare time includes spending time with her family, she has two older siblings. She loves her two dogs, and indulging in her favorite past time, retail therapy! Kylee also loves to paint and draw. This is her first position as an Activities Manager and she is excited to be a part of the Northland family!
