At Northland Heights, we’ve put together a team of passionate healthcare professionals with years of experience. We are dedicated to the humanity, dignity and well-being of residents entrusted to our care, and our team acts more as a family than just coworkers.

Director of Nursing

Abby Fisher

As a Pittsburgh native, Abby earned her nursing degree from UPMC St. Margaret School of Nursing in 2020. Following the completion of the NCLEX, she became a chemotherapy-certified surgical oncology nurse for UPMC, specializing in geriatric and cardiothoracic oncology patient care. Her nursing career expanded as she embraced opportunities as a traveling RN, gaining experience in telemetry, bone marrow transplant, step-down, and neurological post-surgery units. Transitioning into management, she was drawn to the Director of Nursing position at Northland for its supportive environment and commitment to resident care.
